What we collect, why, and who at JF Moving Services ever sees it.
Get my written quoteWe collect what it takes to quote and complete your move: your name, phone number, email, current and destination addresses, and details about what you’re moving. We don’t buy contact lists, run credit checks, or sell your information to anyone.
How we use your information
Your details go toward three things: building your written quote, scheduling the crew and truck for your job, and reaching you before and during your move. After the job is done, we keep basic records for accounting and insurance purposes, and to cover the window federal rules allow for a claim.
Who sees it
Only the people working your move, our office staff and your assigned crew lead, see your details, and only what they need to do the job. We don’t share your information with outside marketers. If a service we use to run our business, like our email or scheduling software, processes it on our behalf, that’s handled under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and this website
This site uses basic analytics to see which pages get read and how the quote form performs. There’s no ad retargeting pixel running here. Blocking cookies in your browser won’t stop the quote form from working.

Email [email protected] or call (808) 447-2915 and ask. We’ll remove your information from our active systems on request, outside of what we’re required to keep for the periods described above.
